where is the jack and lug wrench stored on a 1981, mine did not come with one, thanks

In the 75, (and I'm assuming it would be the same in yours) it is under the storage bin behind the passenger seat. The bin lifts out and it's underneath.

It's stored in the compartment behind the passenger seat. Open the compartment door and lift out the plastic tray. You'll see 2 hook like brackets riveted to the floor. There is supposed to be a spring that hooks to them, holding the jack in place.

Hello,
I am redoing my carpet this weekend. Here is the area that the jack and handle should be stored.


There is a fiber bucket that fits over this area. You have to remove the bucket to get to this area.
