I don't know exactly, but that sounds a tad slow. I would have thought high 14s in the qtr.

sounds like a stock time for a base 350 motor with tall gears...

Not that I really know.. but there were so many engine, transmission and rear end options in those years the stock times are probably all over the place.

Sounds like a "Slug" to me. I would expect even a L-48 to run mid 15s in decent tune.

the time i quoted was for the 73 ,she didnt specify a year,and yes thats a l-48 's time

She said 69/70 style, but I wouldn't be surprised that a stock car with all options, base motor, normal tires would run that.

Welcome back, I don't know much about track times but my wife's Honda Accord is faster and quicker than my stock 1980, but we look better in the vette . BTW your in the correct section. Beware of the Post Police, they probably are'nt allowed to talk at home. Nobody listens to them there either
