it sounds like the water pump is going bad to me. if you changed everything else out it wouldnt hurt to put a new pump on to help out. you should be able to pick up a new water pump at you local auto parts store and they are fairly cheap and a good investment.

let me tell you that the chrome isnt worth it. i had a chrome one on mine from mid america and it was all rusty in a year plus you have to take the pully off to polish it. if you want shiny i would suggest going with a polished aluminum one. anyways good luck
ok I think I fixed it i put a high flow mr. gasket thremostat in and check my air fuel mix. then I checked the timeing ( it was way off) and put a sensor to kick the fans on at 200 and off at 185 (after I had to return the first sensor to summit cause it was bad) . I let it idel in the drive of 30 min or so and it got to 200 and kicked on and then it droped to 195 and sat there the rest of the time so hopefully I fixed it thanks for the help.

i just found the active button two weeks ago and i think i am wearing it out by using it more than the general and tech button now. im an official thread lurker now but anyways im glad to see you got it fixed and i know you must be feeling good about it now
