Looking good, TT! You've been working hard!! The scaling font is a good idea and the combination of font color with background color you used was a good choice, makes it easy to read.

For everyone clicking the 2 versions, please click http://www.big632.com/open.html and check if it opens the correct version for you 9the one that has the best font size)
I'm running IE6 with resolution of 1280x1024 and 32bit color.
Looks great so far! I assume you will do roll-over animations on the menubar?
I like the idea of a subtle animation for the background engine graphic. Maybe a random shake or the butterflys opening/closing? I wouldn't mind a little engine sound that times out after a few seconds. Something that sounds mean, but loads quick for dial-up users. I hate those sites that have a infinitely repeating soundtracks with no option to stop it. Maybe an easter egg that links to some hot shots of THE big 632 or even little videos of it running down the track...
Yup, the menu will be fully animated. Sounds are the last thing to do. As for the engine revving, good diea but it's a picture. I'll have to see if I can find a way to animate it without it looking totally cheezy (and I'll need a good sound file) Soundtracks can easily be stopped w/ a button, bolume can be adjusted and what not more. I'm going to concentrate on getting it mostly done as for menu operation and content/animation first.
The font size is small, but liveable. The problem is lack of contrast! color your font black, not grey, and it will be bwtter. (i'm looking with IE, 1152x864 on a 17" flat panel display...)
I would like to break even, not there yet,you want one?
Just kidding you guys!!! It looked like - "Sell a few parts...make enough money to pay big bucks for a custom website."
I may have to take you up on a new cap as soon as I get farther on getting mine in driving condition. The photos of them look like they are excellent pieces.
Running FFox - website looks great. It fills my entire page.
Observations:
- No way to skip to certain photos in galleries, must step through each one
- The lid gallery goes by two when using the left/right keyboard arrows after about 8 or 9 pictures. Single steps if you use mouse and click on arrows.
- Not sure what Main does. Shows a window with close up of road stripe, lightened vertical color bar follows cursor, dot near "Main" flickers...(maybe still under construction)
The dot is meant to flicker, the same dot appears in all other categories.
As for the gallery, i noticed the problem w/ the keyboard buttons also and don't know how to fix it LOL ..how's that for a professional answer LOL. It may be processor speed related as on fast machines it doesn''t seem to happen.
To skip to certain photo's I'd have to have the thing load thumbnails....(lotsa work LOL)

TT, you're right. If I use the "open.HTML" link it comes up with the text I can read. Looks good!
The technology behind the Invisible Car Bra comes from the US. There are installers in Europe as well. The website was designed to be fast loading, even on dial up. It follows the theme on the business cards and stationary.

TT, my left and right buttons skip through the photos one at a time. I wonder if it is a function of how fast the individuals keyboard is set to repeat?
I think it's a processor speed thing but it may be a keyboard repeat thing also...so since i don't know why it does that on some systems I can't think of a solution

FYI - Dell Inspiron running at 1.6Ghz. Wireless network connection at 54Mbps. Maybe with a slower connection or faster arrow repeat, the on-event process is triggered more than once before the next image has started its load event. You could try putting a variable timing loop in there and adjusting the speed. Or disable the arrow immediately after the click event until the image has loaded then re-enable it..??
