I thought of sharing this with all after the positive reactions from my old car buddies. Last year I replace all my callipers with new rebuilds from the local auto parts supplier. Never in my mind did I think of checking all the holes etc for overlooked damage. Ok, two weeks ago I had to replace my master cylinder, after bleeding everything I ended up with two leaking nipples, one ended up completely stripped (the casting), so I install a helicoil, and tryed again, leaked again and again, checked the hole and realized the small whole in the bottom was offset. It is physically impossible for the nipple to seal. Long story short, I used a small lead ball from my fishing box, cut it in half and inserted it at the bottom. the nipple molded it to the correct shape and Voila. It evens let you bleed when slightly cracked.
