Default gas tank label

While searching for my tank sticker (build sheet) above the gas tank, I made an extendable mirror I noticed a small GM sticker on the side of the tank(1/2"x3/4"?). It had a part # on it I think. Has anyone seen this small sticker I'm talking about? What is the GM part # for the tank? By the way the tank sticker was there also!

When I dropped my fuel tank, the build sheet was there but it was in very bad condition. It was covered with a layer of oily dust and portions of the sheet were missing. I've brushed away the oily dust and can just barely make out the words with a magnifying glass and a bright light. I can see that my 1968 build sheet was dated May 18, 1968.

the build sheet should be located on the drivers side of the gas tank input,I took the gas lid/bezel off so I could see in there better, push down on the rubber splash gaurd and with a flashlight look to the drivers side.If its there DONT TRY TO REMOVE IT WITHOUT DROPING THE TANK,if its not there Iv heard that it also could be in the dash between the speedo and tach. I guess you have to pull the dashpad to look in there, though I have never found one in that place.
