Replacement Fenders...
Does anyone know the quality of the replacement fenders for the '68-'69 Vettes. There are some that are one-piece and wrap around the entire front section behind the front bumper. I've heard that the fiberglass is not smooth on the underside, and that the aftermarket glass is not as good quality as the original glass. Apparently the original glass is rolled under pressure and is denser, smoother, and stronger than the aftermarket hand-laid glass. Any info on this would be appreciated.

do a search for Jim Semershein (spelling?) He is the only one I know of who makes replacement panels which as the originals were. I bought a fan shroud off him and it is just like a factory one. His panels are the ones used for top flights and bloomington golds.
