Wipers work until driving....HELP!!
I am new to the C3 world and am trying very hard to keep up. My headlights pop up great, the wiper cowl pops up, and the wipers work at an idle. As soon as I get on the gas the wiper cowl drops down and binds up the wiper arms. Vacuum leak?? By the way, it is a 72 with a new motor that produces about 21 in lbs of vacuum at idle.
