I have the dash pad out to do some interior cleaning up and figured it would be worthwhile to start on a new interior. I'm going to be doing everything except seats and door panels since they were recently done. Anyways, I checked around online and saw that pretty much every site wants $499 for a new dash pad. Since the prices are flat all over, does anyone know if any are superior or are they all from the same factory? If anyone has any experience with this item, please reply. Thanks!
I just ordered a complete interior kit plus a dash pad from Wilcox Corvette. The dash pad normally runs $400 through them, but since I ordered seat covers, door panels, and carpet at the same time as the dash pad...I got a 5% discount on the dash pad and got it for $380.
Just ask them to email you a price list, it's a little cheaper than the site. I'm getting all my parts through them from now on...it's not marked up as near as high as the more popular companies. I'ved noticed a $10-15 difference on each part compared to the other companies. You can easily save $100 on a order every time.
I'll let you know how the dash fits when I get it in next week.

Willcox is the best. I've ordered probably 15 items from them and they seems to be about 15% cheaper on everything. My dash pad was $275 for a '74. On ecklers I think it was $370. The dash pad was from Corvette America and looks identical to the original. I just ordered a radio bezel for $89 from them. Ecklers wanted $120. Quality is always good.
