Default dumb timing question

OK I know that this is a really dumb question, but I've looked all over and I can't find the answer anywhere. What numbers should I be shooting for when timing my '76 L42? Sry again just couldn't find the answers.

But Lars' paper is geared towards performance. If you need factory specs, or are trying to pass emmisions (as I am), the timing specs he gives are not gonna cut it. Lars' tuned my car at the Chicago TFB and it ran great. But, I didnt even come close to passing emmisions. I hated to do it, but I have since "de-Larsed" my car in an attempt to pass, resetting the timing to factory spec. As soon as I get past emmissions, I'm gonna set it up just like he had it.

It should be listed in the specification section of your service manual.
