Default Record keeping program or Data Base ?

Does anyone know of a good computer program for keeping MTC records on our cars ?

I have a stack of papers a foot tall with invoices and receipts from myself and the other 2 owners of my 72. A cool database would be good to record dates and projects.

Any grocery store should have it, called a notebook
Mine are in a 3 ring and keep a tiny 3ring in the car for gas fills or anything else I think would be usefull. Timing- stuff like that.

Otherwise I don't think you really need a database just simple listing in one spot. If done on the puter what about notebook or word perfect?
I think excell would do this in database form but don't use and don't want to.

I don't know of any programs.......but Id love to hear if there is one.

Im terrible when it comes to keeping records.....dayam! Im pretty unorganised actually.........I need to get my life in order!!! (sorry off the topic here a little....)

Otherwise, as the other dude sugested, either a 3 ring binder and make some folders for the different things - insurance, registration, parts, work done, events and results, etc. or use excel!

I started using Excel about 3 years ago and gave up. I already had too many receipts to log in and I started getting depressed. I couldn't hire anyone to enter the info and I thought my time would be better spent working on my Vette.

Plus if my wife ever stumbled accross the file it'd just be ammunition for her. She's not a "car" woman.
