Corvette Convoy??
A buddy of mine said he saw 30-40 corvettes heading up I-95 in Virginia towards Wash DC this past weekend. Anyone know what was up? Why didn't anyone invite me? 
I would love to join in on one of these convoys.

A couple of years ago,I was back in Virginia (in my Vette) near South Boston....about 25 vettes were in a caravan going the other way...by the time I turned around and went after them...they had disappeared...that night,heard on local news they pulled one out of a ditch somewhere..near Clarksville

I was driving back from a road trip vacation and saw about 50 vettes of all years over a span of about 6 hours heading north on I-29 in South Dakota and Iowa on Wednesday, 7/13. I was envious. Anyone know where these were going too?

It's not that far for me but things didn't work out this year so maybe next time. I'm not sure if the caravan thing would be for me, especially since I doubt there are many C3s compared to C5s. Anybody done this?
