Since I can't find my Black Book, I'll ask the question here....How many 4 Speed Vettes were produced in 82? TIA

None. 81 (5757 units) was the last year until 84 (6443 units).

But there is a follow-up question. Why were no 4-speeds produced in 1982?

I do--I wondered why, with a new fuel injected motor in 1982, they didn't offer a stick...

OK Paul. You caught me. Yes, that was the first year for the four-speed torque converter lock-up automatic (700-R4).

Sorry to All if I got carried away with the simple question. When I drove a 1979 I did a lot of trivia posts and to this day love Corvette history.

Went cruising today. I love it when a Corvette purrs.

Bob,
My pleasure. As noted earlier I very much enjoy Corvette history. As well as driving a piece of that history.
