Default Thinking about getting another C3..

The only reason that I haven't pulled the trigger yet is space
Don't want to store any of my cars away from my house and my garage is full ...
Gonna get some quotes on how much it would be to extend the size of my current garage...
The only problem with that is that the extra garage will cost me the $ (actually probably more) than what I'd spend on the C3... So, looks like I'll have to wait either way...

I'm probably looking at probably over $20k for an additional garage (added to my current dwelling)...

if i lived down there, i'd help u out and build something..... the foundation/concrete might cost a chunk but to frame up and do a typical garage, you can do it in 2-3 days..... not hard at all..

I have a large 2-car garage right now (which is kinda small for a 3000 sq/ft home)
I'm looking to only add a large 1-car garage...

It depends on how big and things like brick or siding and cost of lumber? Just a rough guess if you did all the work- under $10,000.00

I just saw an ad in the paper today for 2 companies that were offering to build 2-car garages (concrete slab, doors, and roof included) for $7K.

I don't know if you're in a hurricane recovery area, but it may not be as much as you think.

Could you go up? Buy a 4-poster and stack those puppies.

That's what I did. .....$2.5K is alot cheaper Oliver
Besides that, as much as you work on them, I'm sure you need a lift anyway

The problem is that I can't just go with a standard detached garage.. It needs to be a continuation of my house.. I'll post some pics of my house to illustrate what I need...

G/S, the $40k was for a complete garage, the garage is separate from the house, 2,100 sq.ft.,18 ft. tall.

here's a old pic of my house (before I bought it)

The space is very limited.. there's a 10 foot easment from the sidewalk which will only leave space for a 1 car garage, directly attached to the house. I'll actually have to mesure how much space I'll have to see if it'll fit at all without crossing the easment line...

You might want to check your town code. My ****ty town has me going to court for working on my car, no unregistered cars outside. CEPT they give you 60 days to work on one!

Anyway they also restrict a how many car garage for residential.
No point in doing all this planning if they won't give you the permit.
