I'm removing the radio on a 79 corvette and need a special tool to unscrew the nuts on the tuning **** and the volume **** . Any body have any special tricks besides needle nose pliers ? Where can I get a tool to unscrew these nuts ?
Hmm... we must have different nuts Try a pair of needle nose pliers that have a 90 degree bend it may help. I can't recall seeing a special tool not to say there isn't, as I'm sure the manufacture had something special. Mine may have been replaced to a more standard radio nut during it's life..?
