Did you mean to put the trailing arm bolts in backwards? All the factory ones I have seen are installed with the nut on the outside of the frame rail as mine were. Or were yours on that way from the factory?

Looks great! I'm about to lift my body off. Just have the rear hardware to take off. I'm waiting for my lift straps to arrive in the mail & I can get at it.

What did you use on the frame as far as a finish coat? Is it POR 15 or something else, & how did you do it? Spray or brush on?

I took it and and let some one else blast and powder coat it.After blasting some some peices for myself when i got the quote of $500 for the frame it was well worth it just not having to blast it.

CollectSkulls,

I have a serious and respectful question for you if you don't mind.

Noticing your avitar, what is the fasination regarding collecting, applying, etc. the human skull?

I don't mean any offense. Just curious and was hoping you could answer a question I've had for some time (40+years).

Thanks,

James

BTW: Beautiful Vette.

any details on what your using for spraying?
no worries about using a protected booth?

Thanks for sharing the progress...this is still a "someday" project for me...when that day comes I hope I have the cajones you must have.

Looks great and your making fast progress.

You must have a good woman too, if I asked my wife to go get me some plywood and casters she would look at me like I was a martian and walk off

Keep up what your doing and thanks for the pix.
