Default Build sheet (s) on an 82

I assume there is one on the tank but I can't see it. Is there another one hidden somewhere??
My VIN also happens to fall in the range that the NCM has no records of so I can't even get a copy of the build or window sticker.

I was wondering because I have 2 hidden on the 85 ( tank & inside front Xmember) plus a big sticker on the storage bin lid.

BTW: why are these records not available

Late Sunday night we had the body off my 79 and I finally found the build sheet it was on top of the tank towards the front of the car . I wanted to get a good picture of it , the tank was covered with a gray dust. I had my shop vac right there so I thought I would clean around it. I got too close. All I have left is about 4 square inches where it was attached. I was looking forward to seeing it but it didnt look like I could read it anyway.

Well, that really sucks.

Is it possible to see it if you take the gasket out from around the filler neck.

My 78 had it still stuck to the tank....but like many it was not readable and fell apart.
