I am helping my son with his homework and the teacher asked what Chevrolet was manufactured between 1959 and 1987 and is named after a California city?
I came up with Malibu, BelAir, and ElCamino. Is anyone of them right?
Thanks,
Kurt
El Camino, California is Southeast of Red Bluff.
Malibu, California is Northwest of Santa Monica on the coast.
Bel Air is a neighborhood in Los Angeles.
and I am from Modesto

Reason: More info
Chevy El Caminos were manufactured from 1959 to 1987, with a few years of non-production in between. Here's a collection of links to Web sites for El Camino enthusiasts.
El Camino also refers to the "highway" that the Spanish established their missions along from Mexico to San Francicso and beyond as they were looking for the fabled city of gold.
