Corvette Emblem? (pic attached)

Anyone know of any car care product that can fix the cloudiness in this emblem. Normal cleaners aren't working...

They sale some stuff at Auto Zone for headlights that is suspose to clear up cloudiness and fine scratches. You might try to buff that on there and see what that does.

i believe they are enamel,if so you may be able to wet sand with 1500 grit and buff it out.

NOS emblems are usually available on eBay for a reasonable cost. I did that a few years ago for my '77.

try some mothers polish, My tail light lenses were faded, used some mothers polish, cleared them right up.

You can still get the '81 tank emblems from the major corvette parts sellers. The nose emblem is a different matter

Mine was the same & I just used some Duraglit (cotton wadding with fine abrasive) to polish it back up. Took ages to do (in front of the TV) so something a bit more abrasive would have been a lot quicker. Just needed to paint the edging black after I'd finished polishing.
Polishing up the emblems points to one of two things: either you've run out of things to do on the Vette, or there's so much stuff to do that you're tackling something that you can actually get finished
