Djden you have a 76 wheel on your car. That year is the same as the Vega also. Get yourself an assembly manual for your year car. Those others suck compared to the AIM. Let me know if you want to get rid of the horn button assembly, I need a black one!

after a little search..
The steering wheel seems stock cause its the same as the assembly
diagram in the detroit manual for 1978 corvette page 411 ...
and in the dealers pamphelt of 1978 interior features page 8
it says that in comes standard with a four-spoke steering wheel...
