Default Name that part

Nosing around under my '76, when I noticed a loose piece laying on the frame behind my drivers side front tire. Got my son (little arms) to get it out from the top, but no clue what it is. Looks like a cover, and some sort of sensor. The "sensor" has a bolt on the end that was sheered off. Attached to the piece laying by the cover with the nut on the end. Anyone recognize these these?

The fiberglass piece is the bracket that holds the alarm switch and lock cylinder behind the fender. The switch is what the lock cyl engages when turned on. If you dont have a hole in the left front fender next to the Stingray emblem, it has been filled in but the mounting bracket and swtch were not removed. It probably just lost its bond and fell off, no biggie unless you still have the lock cyl (key hole) on the fender and want to try to get the alarm working again, in which case you will have to reinstall the bracket and switch.

Alarm lock still there, but I never tried it. Thanks for identifying it.
