Would you pay $10,000 for 12 mint unopened Pez dispensers from 1955? Probably not. I sold those to one buyer about 8 years ago.

There are bid dollar guys who speculate in rare cars, rather than stocks..seems the cars are more stable and are not as volitile to economic changes as stocks.

Can probably shed some light on the PEZ maybe... that's why Meg Whitman started Ebay in the first place - she is a huge PEZ collector and so are some of her friends. I first joined Ebay not too long after it started (96?) and they were snapping them up then.
