Are you running offset rocker and or lifters? Are you using any kind of roller cam button?
I just love those shaft setups with titanium retainers like you have.
Funny you ask that about the offset rockers and lifters.
When I was testing for length the push rods are very close to the holes in the heads, not all of them though. The rockers are not offset nor are the lifters. Is that why they sell the offset type???
And yes I'm using a roller cam button.
From: Who says "Nothing is impossible" ? I've been doing nothing for years.
What manufacturer are the rockers ? What heads do you have ?
I know some shaft rocker ($$$) manufacturers have specific offsets for different heads. Because the rocker can only move up and down and not side to side as non shaft rockers are able to move the rockers must be offset to sit correctly over the pushrod and every head is different. A little more complicated than that and I am not expert on shaft rockers, are those some type of universal fit ?

The heads are Dart 230cc 23 degree stock set up on valve train.
The rockers are from Jesel stock configuration, supposed to bolt right up
they do mention in the directions to check head clearance, I can clearance the push rod by removing a little material from the head, just have to be very careful with the shavings,I'm using a round file coated in grease to capture the shavings. The holes they milled out just look like they are just off center a very little like 20 thousands. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm in this deep now so on I go.

Offset lifters and rocker correct angular deflection of the push rods.
Aftermarket Heads often alter the valve stem placement to be able to use the larger 2.08 + valve sizes. You don't want to end up with rockers pointing in or out to the valve stem tip or pushrods than are anything other than perfectly 90 degrees to the crank shaft.
