I am building a database/registry for 1973 Corvettes. I currently have information on 484 1973 Corvettes in the database/registry. I am collecting information about the build/sales history. I am recording the sequence number, trim tag codes: date, paint & trim, and any information from the build sheet/tank sticker or dealer's sales invoice. This project is to help other 1973 Corvette owners and is not for any finanical gain. Please email any information to me at rms0990@comcast.net. I can email you my information data sheet form if desired.

I started keeping the vin ,color, engine and transmission of every 73 I seen at Bloomington, Carlisle, spring and fall Corvette Expo. from about 93 to 2002. I was interested in the colors to see which was ordered the most. I would look thru the door glass to see if I could see a different color to try to get a true sample. I have about 500 on a spread sheet and may be able to double your list. It would be neat to see how many doubles we have. The worst part is I may only have a print out as I got a new computer a few years ago and some things did not load. I have owned 10 73's over the years.
Hey Roger...I've collected a number of 73 build sheets...well maybe a few but my interest has been that 73 is the first year GM used this build sheet as a tank sticker versus the Corvette ORder Copy used from 67-72. In contrast to later years...the production data is primitive but yet shows the state of affairs for Corvette data processing for the 1973 production year. Once I get my hard drive back (it crashed) I'll contribute what I have but would also be interested in whatever comes of your project.
