Only 1 pipe connects to the muffler. the way it's welded up i don't think you could make the others work. You might be able to break the welds and put on a new collector though. The main ppe would need to be cut because it actually passes all the way thru the collector and is welded to the center on the outlet side. Sorry, didn't have time to go back in and grab the camera.

The muffler diameter is 3-1/2" OD and about 1-3/4" ID with 6 baffles going down it. They are around 36-42" would be my guess on length. Take up most of the side pipe.
