Default Differences in Instrument Bezels?

Can someone tell me what the differences are between the 69-71 Instrument bezel and the 72-76 bezel?

Is this a test or ???

If a test, I would guess warning lights.

Its a question. Is the seat belt lens the only difference?

There is a red lense and a square pushbutton with a metal bar that separates the two in that long vertical rectangular area that is left of the instruments.

The later style instrument bezel uses a red lense without a bar separation, so the lense itself is the full length of the long vertical rectangular area, no manual pushbutton, since the seats now have a built in sensor and a buzzer that lights and sounds when someone is sitting in the seat without lapbelt on and ignition is turned on or car is running.
