bouncy tach
been searching the forum regarding bouncy tach. apparantly there is supposed to be a filter between the tach and coil. I certainly don't have anything there. where are these available? I don't see anything in the corvette catalogues I have (Corvette America & Corvette Central).

Your profile says you have a 72? I thought the 72's had a mechanical tach? If so, the problem is probably your cable or gear. You might try to lube the cable first - http://www.madvet.com/shop?frame=4.1170.
