Today my dad was trying to remove the "Corvette" word emblem off the back of the bumper on our '74, and was thinking that it's bolted onto the bumper; he also thought that the "Stingray" emblems up by the front were bolted on as well, but I thought those were just stuck on...
Anyone know how to get these emblems off? Is there some sort of trick to the Stingray ones, or should a putty knife suffice? And for the "Corvette" on the back, I'm imagining needing a box or open end wrench and the arms of an underfed 11 year old child in order to snake up there to get the nuts off the back of the emblem...
