Finally redid my valve covers and bolts.
Before:

Yes they are on different sides but you get the idea.
I had to make those bolts becuase no one carries 3 3/4" bolts 
. I also used this blue metal pollish that I found and it cleaned the stains on the valve covers that 300 grit whouldnt take off.
