Default Code Breaker Help!

Any of you guys with the books and/or knowledge know what a HAH suffix on a 327 means? The engine code is T0406HAH. Google searching only gives me cynical laughs (hah, hah, hah) Thanks in advance.

Only book I have is "Corvette by the numbers" and it doesn't list a "AH" code. According to the book, first letter is Assembly plant ("T"=Tonawada), next 2 numbers=Assembly day, next 2 numbers=Assembly month, Next letter=Motor division, and last 2 letters are suffix for "the intended application for that engine in the model year that it was built". 8 characters total. It does say that beginning in 1970 MY, the engine suffix code increased to 3 letter code. Based on this info, the engine must not be used in a Corvette. You'll need the book "Chevrolet by the numbers" to find out exactly what it was used in.

Only Corvette big blocks were produced at Tonawanda. All the small blocks came from the Flint, Michigan engine assembly plant. Your Tonawanda small block is not a Corvette engine. My records do not list an HAH code, but HA indicates a 66-68 327 passenger car replacement block.
