Best title game I've ever seen. Texas fought and battled hard...They deserved the win....

Never should have been a TD when his knee touched the ground. Bad call in a big game.

There were bad calls on both sides of the ball. Also at game speed it was probably impossible to know for sure whether his knee was down first.
Super coach Carrol could have called a timeout and plead his case but he didn't. Bad call on his part. Put a fork in it it's done.

Yes, but the Horns would have been on the 5 yard line anyways...how about the interception that was not called for the Horns?...these things tend to balance out...

Yes, you are correct, that's why they rushed the extra point and missed it so there wasn't time to review. Gamesmanship. The USC coach should have called time out.

I was rooting for a great game a I got it (however, being a former resident of Austin, TX, I'm glad they won).

Speaking of great games did anyone stay up to watch the Penn State vs. FSU game. 3 OT's that was a great game.

Yep watched that one too. It was hard fought and it was a shame either team had to take the loss. Both teams left it all out on the field.
Nice turnaround season for Joe Pa.

Watched both games. The first 26 minutes Penn State was awesome. Second half was more of a defensive game trying to pin the other team back as far as they could. I'm just thankful Penn State won.

Congrats to the Long Horns. They earned the victory.

Funny how a game, and calls, are viewed depending on which team you're pulling for. Since I"m totally impartial, here's how it went.

Yes, Vince's knee was down. It wasn't a bad call, just a no-call. The ref didn't see it and no one else did either until the instant replay. The USC guys up in the booth who have instant replay should have called down to Carroll and said "hey, you need to review this one". It didn't happen. Even if they had called him down, it was first and goal from there, correct?

Not sure what intercept Texas didn't get credit for. They gave them the one at the goal line and brought it out to the 20 yard line, like they should have. Good call all the way. I always see ***** that I think are caught, then fumbled, that the refs say are incomplete. Saw it again last night. Sure was a lot of passes completed on both sides.

Ya'll are right about one thing though. Great ballgame. Don't you love it when the trailing team has the ball one last time and a chance to win? USC sure needed that last timeout. They were almost in field goal range when it ended. I won a huge sum of money on Texas. Picked them with no points. What can I buy for my car with $5?

It must be great to pull for, or be an alumni of, a school that goes undefeated and wins it all. Chances are it will never happen for me. I'm a South Carolina Gamecock. . . . . forever!
