Ecklers
The first time i ordered from them was a bad experince
but figured i would try again and placed and fairly large
order over the phone this time though.
Was told would all be shipped today when i ordered on monday
and just got my mail confirming that all was shipped
so would just like to say thank you to Ecklers for the great
service this time even though i was pretty upset the first time
i ordered and wasn't very polite about it either.

Over the past couple of years, I've ordered quite a bit from Ecklers, and I've have never had a problem. Everyone makes mistakes..it's how they handle the mistakes that is important. They'll continue to get my business unless they give me a reason otherwise.
