the thing bout the iPod, it's got an advertised 14 hours of life, but i'll be damned if my battery isnt drained in 2 hours
I spent the 30 bucks and bought a car charger from belkin, it also has a port for an FM modulator thingy

I have an iPod and the car kit with the modulator and all built in. No cables, no mounting, just plug it in and go, It really is the cats A%$. I listen to books and music, have the 20gig model with it about half full and thats about 18days worth of stuff. It swaps to the other vehicles in about 5 seconds. Still have the CD changer hidden in the passenger side storage too and a Corvette knock off stereo with cassette
