I have a 76 and there were a couple of different styles of grommets used. I had to go to the local vette junkyard and match it. It took three tries to get the correct dipstick tube too. Zip Products shows M-2891 for 68-77 and M-2892 for 78-82. Neither one fit mine.

If you are talking about the seal for the tube where it fits into the trans then yes they are readily available. You need to know which one. If the tube have a groove in it then it uses an o ring. If it is smooth it uses a boot seal.
