72 hardtop
I looked at a 72 convertible. I has a hard top. The hardtop has a vinyl roof on it. Is this factory. The current owner bought the car in 1977 and it was a recovered theft with a blown motor. It never saw the road. it has 50k on it. It's a 350, M22, No P/s No P/b with air.
He told me the roof had the vinyl top on it when he bought it and he is assuming it is original since it was only 5 years old when he got it.

According to the Corvette records 811 out of 2,646 were optioned with a vinyl hardtop C08 vinyl covering for hardtop $158.00....
Same option in 73 but the number was 323 out of 1,328 for $62.00
I have a hardtop but never use it and it sits in storage....
