If you have the original hood and the wiper door, i think you will see them on the wiper door hinges if you open the wiper door

Al,
If and when you find out where these things are on a 68, please let me know as I have never seen them on my 68 Coupe which as you know, is all original.
Always looking to learn more about 68's
Thanks
Kurt

Default 68 Part Question

Kirt, will do! I have a 68 coupe, production 4/29/68 and it isn't on mine and I've owned mine forever and its never been messed with. It may be like the reinforcements they added on 69s on the core support, you know something that was added to the later C3s in the newer ones, AL.

I've got a late '68 that was pretty much unmolested. Overhauled the Wiper door last year and never saw anything like that when I did it. ????? Another '68 mystery.

Al. I forget to tell you that my Corvette is a mid prod. 1969 model.
A friend of mine has a early 1969 (October), and they are also on his car. I think the parts# are 3953013-4 L. & R.H.

I need to find a 69 manual, I only have one page and that had to do with the second design door glass I bought for mine for a change over, AL.
