More shiney stuff !
I sent my valve covers out to polished, the guy did a really nice job, looks like chrome, I am happy with the workmanship for a change and ditto goes for the ceramic coating I got on my Hooker Super Comps

Thanks for nice comments, I know some like myself like looking at this stuff
The intake was bead blasted, it is pretty much the way it comes new. That's all the shiney stuff for now, you can have too much in my opinion I like some of the parts a little less glossy for a contrast. I am however eyballing the alternator and master cylinder though
They valve covers where custom made, I got them for a good price with the polishing I have about $350 into them now.

Yes the pipe was dinged for the steering box and probably more than normal too as I have .3 in. raised exhaust ports. One reason to buy your headers uncoated ( painted black ) and then get them coated / plated after you ding them

Actually I am reconsidering that one, but the allternator is going to get polished or chromed.
I bougth the valve covers at a local swap meet, someone local made them but I never found out who. Moroso makes valve covers very similar but they are expen$ive. You can get less expensive ones on ebay but the quality will be questionable, nothing worse than leaky valve covers
I agree they look really good. Are you going to clear coat them so the stay shiney? Also someone on the forum has a pair of covers like yours but has Corvette machined into the top, they look really good.
