Hey dudes,

Have to noticed the prices of even non spectacular old iron !

OK, you're gonna pay for a Hemi or KR500, but a GTO Judge way over 20 grand......

Mopar anything, a good Mach 1 of any age or type - over 20 grand again........

Seems if anything, Vettes are now cheap by comparison.

I am still looking to buy something this year, but will have to dig deeper into my pocket.

That's because the majority of those cars got wrecked or sent to a junk yard by now. Vettes were taken care of and not sent to junk yards.

That too, a lot of those muscle cars were unibody and rust destroys them pretty good.

My uncle got his car for 19. It had a body off and has no rust and perfect paint. No numbers matching though.

Body off on a camaro? So they took the front and trunk lid off, then? The camaro's body and frame is mostly one piece. Only the front end is bolted on, basically.

Does that look like a camaro. I donno if a cuda is a unibody but it did have a full restoration.

That'll teach me to not look very hard haha! I just glanced at it, at first. I can't remember if the cuda is unibody... I'll have to go find out!

Edit: Yup, unibody. "At first glance the new Barracuda and Dodge Challenger look very similar. However no body parts on the cars interchange. Under the skin everything was traditional Chrysler unibody, with torsion bar front suspension and semi-elliptical leaf live rear axle."

C3's are a bargain right now, comparatively.
