Polishing 79 Wheels
My 79 wheels have very fine factory machined grooves in them. Can you get a "mirror" finish by removing the grooves or is it best to just leave them? If removing them is the answer, what is the best way to get them to that "mirror" finish?

If they have the machine grooves they still can be polished. I would take them to a professional to have this done. This is a lot of work if you don't have the right equipment and a lot of time and elbow grease. After they have been polished you can use Mothers Billet polish to keep them looking good.
