Default another carpet ?

after a month of a guy that says they can install my rear carpet and its been a couple of months, i have given up. on the side we fabricate golf carts, lift kits and camo paint. i think we can do the carpet, question is does the back carpet overlap the front or can it. the front is a bid faded i would like to overlap the rear (new carpet) over the front. if so how do you remove the front. thanks. have you guys thought about opening your own shop?

Hello,

The carpet that is inbetween the seats, and the back carpet
area is a separate piece. At least it is on my 72 and 73.

The back carpet area comes in sections that overlap each area. The sides go over the wheel wells, then the bottom section will overlap the edges of the sides. The place where there is a vertical section inbetween the seats, and the back area compartments should/may be a separate section that will overlap the front carpet area as it comes up from the bottom of the seats.

If you are then asking can you take out the fronts, and leave the back in place with some type of carpet that overlaps it, the answer is yes.
