and can anybody tell me where the horn is in the car
You most definitely have a short. Have you installed anything lately or repaired anything in which you might have pinched a wire or drilled into a wire?
In the repair area at the end of the line, we would just put a bigger fuse in and look for smoke! No don't do it. Pull the lighter **** and try the fuse again or check the dome light switches for an internal short. Also check the wiring harness that goes through the door jams for cracked or broken wires.

Process of ellimination. Have someone push the stop in the door for the interior lights. No key in the ignition. Put the fuse in. Does it blow? If not release the door stop...does it blow? If not try the lights....etc etc. Until you find what blows.
Horns right behind the nose, can see one from top, and one from laying on the ground looking up.
Take all the light bulbs out, horn relay etc... and see what happens. Then start putting them back in. Don't forget the passenger side vanity light if you have one. That's where my short was, behind the windshield trim.
