Default Found the Build Sticker

While lifting the body off of my '82 Vette today, I came across a pleasant suprise.
The Factory Build Sticker

I was very dirty and glued really well to the gas tank pad. I had looked all over with a flashlight prior to today and could not find the Build Sheet anywhere. I assumed it was placed under the carpet or on top of the tank and lost.

Pretty excited, especially after I cleaned it up with a new soft paintbrush. Here are two photos: One where I located the Sheet mounted on the gas tank and the other is after I cleaned it up and scotch taped the back to hold it together.

The only problem now is figuring out the codes that I can read.

Thanks!

The bottom photo of the Build Sheet pieced back together is about as legible as it gets. I can read many of the options but I don't have a clue what the codes mean?
Any ideas out there? Please help in decoding this, Thanks Guys!

The quality of the image is poor. I would suggest scanning it rather than taking a photo of it. This will optimize the characters.

Default Tank Build Sheet

Hello,
One of the comments below states that a replacement build sheet is available from the Corvette museum. Can anyone advise the email address please.

Regards,
Chris

Here's the best quality that I can come up with. If anyone can help with the codes or abbreviations, please do.

I've been looking at what I posted above and compared it to your pics.
I've figured most of it out already.

I can not figure out the bold question marks. Some of the RPO Codes on my '82 are different that what you provided. Maybe they had changed over the years.
I still can't figure out why my Vette has the opening rear hatch window with the inside release. These are ALL factory parts and was factory installed. I can tell by the rivets used and the wiring. Another Forum Member said that maybe someone added it, but I pretty certain it was factory. And it does not list as a Collector's Edition because the VIN does not have a 0 in the 7th character.

That is cool! Your build sheet actually looks readable.

I took my spare tire carrier assymbly of my 82 last weekend to repair some rust spots on the gas tank and I saw the end of my cars build sheet on the gas tank. I have not dropped the tank to retrieve the build sheet yet. I guess Im to lazy to drain the tank and spend the time. I may do it this weekend. I would love to remove the sheet and put it in the document files.

I have never removed a gas tank before. Is it difficult? Also how hard is it to put back in? I would be doing from the bottom side of the car.
