15 inch performance tires again
I'm still struggling with the 15" or 17" question...
I am getting ready to drop the hammer on the Bogart 16"/17" D8000 Dunlop Combo when I happern across the Nitto 555R...
Has anybody got experience with the Nitto 555R Drag radial? It seems it's the only drag radial with a speed rating V= up to 149 MPH sustained. Not that I plan on running 149 MPH all day long.
I can get more rubber under the rear and the same rubber under the front than I have today... 325/50R15 and 275/50R15. I'll switch to a 15x10x4 on the front and will go to a 15x12x4 or 5 on the rear.
I think I'll need to shorten my rear spring 1 1/2"
Not a daily driver and doesn't even have windshield wipers
