Default Installed Bilsteins

I installed my Bilstein Sports on my 75 last night. What a differance they made. The car has a much firmer ride.My car has 42,000 miles and I am pretty sure it had the original shocks.Complete new bushing kit is next.

Kinda wish I'd gotten the sport instead of the HD's (HD's are too soft)

One of the best mods I ever did when I had my Pace Car. Are you doing anything with the springs? Good luck with the bushing kit.

I just installed Bilsteins on the front of my 75 not too long ago. They really do make a difference over worn out craptastic shocks.

I then noticed the rear was bouncy. Got those put in.

Then noticed my bushings were really really toast. So the Poly kit and 550 springs are going in this weekend.

Flood would you keep me posted on those 550 lb springs.I am curious as to how much stiffer they will make the ride.I may want to do that install when I do the front bushing.

I installed the 550 lbs springs and the Bilstein shocks, the ride height is just right (27.25" from ground to fender) and the ride quality is still good. It's not uncomfortable at all

Will do. Hopefully the springs arrive before the weekend. If not I will have to wait another week!

I have all the balljoints / tie rods / bushings/ idler arm / etc. I seriously hope the front feels like a new car when im done. Driving straight had become a handful. Hit the brakes and it would dive to one side. Hit the gas and it would pull to the other.

Torque steer in a RWD car is not right.
