Default Wahoooooooo! I love finding stuff.
I removed the spare tire carrier on my 82 to clean up some rust spots on the gas tank and to paint the spare tire carrier. I saw the build sheet still attacehed to the gas tank, found that the spare tire has never been used and I found an origianl set of keys to the car that someone hid in the spare tire carrier many years ago!

Did you find it between the spare tub and tank ? Meaning UNDER the gas tank ????

it was laying in the bottom of the tire carrier.
