Bought this on e-bay and went to Detroit and brought it back to St. Louis. I drove it home and have driven it all over the country side and happy to report I have no mechanical qestions because nothing has gone wrong, yet. Between this forum and the St. Louis Sharks I believe I can fix anything that breaks, I hope. So far it is cool as can be...
I think they call it Dark Blue. I understand it is a correct color for 1980. I could be wrong and I am sure that someone will let me know very soon. One of the joys of posting on forums
That is a nice looking car. I am glad that you had a positive experience from buying a car off of ebay. There seems to be more negative stories than positive.
Should have called... Man I was heading out of there as fast as I could go. I was cold and it was calling for snow! I had never driven the car before and i did not want to learn in a foot of snow. I know how it gets up there!! It spit snow on me all the way back to St. Louis, just never got slick. I still don't know how it will handle on the snow. Can't be as bad as my little 2 wheel drive truck!!
