anyone ever use this stuff before?

I heard about some stuff that JC whitney used to sell that would rust proof the inside of your gas tank. well this seems to be the stuff, but it also says to use it on your old rusted tanks to repair them too.
so, any body use this stuff before? is it worth it to buy this stuff and keep my original, and rusting tank? or should i just buy a new tank?
