Default Starting help

You all been helpful before now I need a little more. For my 75 Stingray.

I had opened up my dash and replaced 2 gauges and ran new speaker wire, for a newer set of speakers for the back. I put everything together as careful as I can and got it all back in.

When I finally took 'her' out for a drive, I noticed that my turn indicators never turned on and whenever I touch the brake both turn indicators would light. But now all my gauges work. (Yea, but short lived)

I took a look around the fuse panel just to see, there are a lot of wires and what looks like relays there. After I was done looking and poking around and put the carpet back. Now the vette doesn't want to start.

It tries to turn over and then starts this clicking sound about 6 second after trying to start. The tach will go all away around the gauge until I turn the key to the off position. The fans, lights and radio all operate, so I believe there is enough power coming out of the battery.

Any help or ideas would be great!

Might have pierced an elec line with a screw, I did that in my steering column and I would blow the tail light fuse when I hit the breaks until I tracked it down

Well good news, The issue seemed to be that the hazzards were on and it drain the battery enough that the car wouldn't turn over. I can make the issue happen again by turing on the blinkers. But the hazzards don't operate the lights I think the relay is shot, but I'm unsure of where it is. Any ideas?
