these are the mirrors i was thinking about mounting on the upper pillar
here's my side view......
not sure if i'll look right if i put them on the upper pillars.....

i was gonna drill a hole trough the trim/pillar and attach from the inside.... the curve of the arm will prolly go up...i'm still looking for a more straighter/30 degree arm/pitch

scary as in good or bad...hehe
i don't want my regular door mirrors since i shaved them off anyways... i figure pillars mirrors would look cool and i'll be able to see past the fenders too...... i just have to find the right ones to work without being to gawdy

2 pages of my 77..... i'm gonna redo my dash/console a bit better....and the amp setup....
i figure the mirrors are a bit smaller than stock vette mirrors so one bolt should work fine........ i found a few other mirrors but i think i'll have to visit a bike store and see some upclose....

My concern would be that the base mounting would not hold up in the wind. It looks too narrow. I think this should be a broad base for mounting with minimum of two bolts.
