Default 69 Jack Question

Does anyone out there know what a 1969 jack should look like?
I think i have one its dated 9-H-14 (8-14-69???) but it has a bracket on top of the pad where it contacts the car and the base of the jack is 4"x6" there is also a Patent # 3317187 on the base. The handle has "A" stamped on the inside. Any help much appreciated

Sorry for the big pic. Can't seen to get it smaller. Base is 5 by nine in. No patent numbers. Should be "A" on top of lifting pad.

Default jack

This is a jack for a 69 corvette. Later jacks had a smaller base. I bought this at a swap meet because the date was close enough for my october built 69.

Just went out to my garage and checked my 69 jack. I has an A on the top and a 6 and an E on the side.
